The Interview Process
If you meet the basic requirements for the job, you will be contacted by one of our Recruiters to ask you some questions. If our Recruiter determines that you are a match for one of our open positions, you will be invited to take part in several interviews, both with our HR team and also the Hiring Manager of the location you are applying to work at. Our goal is to give you a realistic view of the job you are applying for, and make sure it is a fit.
While we do our best to move through this process as quickly as possible, the amount of time may vary based on the position you are applying for.
The Job Offer
After the interview process is complete, and we feel like you are a good fit for Stauffers, we will make you a job offer. At that point, there are several steps that you will go through.
New Hire Paperwork
You will spend approximately 1 hour at our Corporate Office completing necessary new hire paperwork. I-9’s, W-4’s, job description, etc.
Post-Offer Testing
Based on the position you are hired for, you will likely be expected to submit to a post-offer drug test and physical exam. This process takes approximately 1 hour.
Your First Day
Once these steps have been completed, your Hiring Manager will contact you to schedule your first day of work.
